Terms of Service

RandomGirl.live operates the service at randomgirl.live. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the service if you are prohibited by law from doing so. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you.

2. The service

RandomGirl.live provides browser-based random matching, profile browsing, messaging, and 1-on-1 video calling. A match or profile is another user of the service. RandomGirl.live does not guarantee the identity, conduct, availability, gender, or compatibility of another user.

Features may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. Camera, microphone, a compatible browser, and a stable network connection may be required for live calls.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. Provide accurate information, keep sign-in credentials secure, and do not share or transfer an account. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.

4. Conduct and prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, coerce, exploit, or impersonate another person
• Involve minors, depict minors, or seek sexual content or contact involving minors
• Share illegal, non-consensual, violent, hateful, fraudulent, or infringing content
• Expose another person’s private information or record or distribute them without required consent
• Solicit passwords, payment codes, financial details, identity documents, or money through deception
• Use bots, scrape data, evade restrictions, reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the service
• Misrepresent your age or use the service for illegal commercial activity

5. Content and live interactions

You retain responsibility for content you submit or transmit. You give RandomGirl.live permission to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and enforce the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

RandomGirl.live does not record or save call audio or video. Other participants may still use device-level screen recording or capture tools. End a call, use Report, and block a user when an interaction is unwanted or unsafe.

6. Purchases, coins, and refunds

The live product shows any applicable price, coin cost, balance, or free-use allowance before a paid action. Coins and other digital items have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the service, and can be used only for the features made available in the product.

Completed purchases of coins or other digital items are final and non-refundable, except when a refund is required by law or the charge is a confirmed duplicate or unauthorized transaction. Send payment questions to [email protected] with the transaction reference, but never send full card details.

7. Reports and account restrictions

We may review reports and related account, message, and event information. We may limit features, remove content, suspend an account, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms were violated, an account presents a safety or fraud risk, or action is required by law. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent termination. Questions about an account action can be sent to support.

8. Intellectual property

The service, branding, software, and site content other than user-submitted content belong to RandomGirl.live or its licensors. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, or create derivative products from them.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular match or outcome, or the identity, statements, safety, or conduct of another user. You decide what to share and whether to continue an interaction.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RandomGirl.live is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the service. RandomGirl.live’s total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to RandomGirl.live during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
