• Video and audio: live media is transmitted to provide a call. RandomGirl.live does not record or save the audio or video from calls.
• Messages and activity: messages, matching and call events, profile interactions, and feature usage.
• Payments: purchase status, transaction references, coin balance changes, and related account records. Payment providers process payment credentials; do not send card details to support.
• Reports and support: the reason for a report, submitted evidence, related account and event details, and messages you send to support.

3. Why we use information

• Operate accounts, profiles, matching, messaging, and live calls
• Show balances, process purchases, and investigate payment issues
• Keep the service reliable, diagnose errors, and protect accounts
• Review reports, prevent abuse, and enforce the Terms of Service
• Respond to support, privacy, and legal requests

4. When information is shared

Information is shared only as needed to operate the service: with other users when you publish a profile, send a message, or join a call; with providers supporting hosting, communications, security, analytics, and payment processing; and with authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect users, rights, and the service.

5. Retention

Account records, messages, report evidence, and device or technical logs are retained for at least one year. Some records may be kept longer when needed for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or a legal obligation. When information is no longer needed, it may be deleted or de-identified.

6. Access and deletion requests

Deletion may not include records that must be retained for the periods and reasons described above. Rights can vary by location.

7. Live calls and your privacy

Although RandomGirl.live does not record or save call audio or video, another participant can use device-level recording or capture what appears on screen. Do not show sensitive information, identity documents, passwords, payment details, or anything you would not want another person to save.

8. Adults only

The service is for adults aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children. If you believe a minor is using the service or that information about a minor has been submitted, report it through the in-product controls and contact support.

9. Security and international processing

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Using the service may involve processing in the United States, including when you access it from another country.
